MCHS Cheerleaders
Head Coaches: Shunterra Lucy & Gail Hawkins

The Mitchell County High School cheerleaders are a group of student athletes that represent leadership, commitment, dedication, and most of all a positive attitude in representing their high school. The cheerleaders are active in the Mitchell County community, volunteering their time and talent to several local causes. Unlike most athletic teams, cheerleading is a year-round sport. Our year begins in April after tryouts and ends the following April. The MCE Cheerleaders are committed and determined to support all events at The Mitchell County High School. Their stunts, dances, cheers, and chants lead their fans, alumni, and parents to achieve fantastic school spirit!
